Where can I purchase Baldrick Benjamin in stores?
Currently, Baldrick Benjamin is carried at a number of select private retailers around the United States and internationally.

What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $60 (United States only). We do additionally ship worldwide. All orders are shipped via USPS or, at an extra charge, UPS 2nd Day Air.
If you are ordering on or near a holiday and would like to know if your package will be shipped in time please contact us before you place the order. Unfortunately we can not control the post once it leaves our possession.
Are duties charged on international orders?
Yes, some orders delivered outside of the United States may be subject to customs duty or taxes. These are generally charged by your country and must be paid when the item arrives at the post office in order for you to collect the purchased item. These taxes vary by country and percentage.
What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We will not accept used returns!
If your underwear are the wrong size, you may send them back within 30 days for store credit on another pair that fits you. They MUST be unworn and still have tags. Otherwise they will not be accepted. Please refer to our sizing chart to be sure that your size is correct.
The buyer is responsible for shipping cost of all returned items.
Items received damaged during delivery will be reshipped with no charge within 10 business days. If product is damaged in the mail, please contact us with pictures of the damaged products so that we can send you replacements. You may also choose to instead receive store credit in the amount of your original purchase.
